Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back in their original Merry People box and ensure all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping mailing bag.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
